Its main characteristic feature is the single row, spring-bearing cleaning blades. It features resilient tungsten carbide tips for durability, positioned at a 15° angle for better efficiency and in order to deflect a larger amount of material with less wear. The cleaning tips are connected to a cleaning element with strong internal bushings to ensure they hold the proper tension to the belt over time, but still have the ability to deflect if met with an obstacle on the belt.
