Frank Calandra, Inc. announced that JENNMAR Corp. of Virginia has purchased Camber Corp.’s assets. This acquisition will enhance JENNMAR Civil’s offering of structural steel arches and accessories for the mining, tunneling, and civil industries. Jake Hunter, general manager for JENNMAR Civil, will be working with Camber’s President, George Wochley, to ensure an efficient transfer of Camber Corp.’s customer base and product lines.
