These expansions will include new technology to manufacture a new higher performance hydrated lime designed for improved SO2, SO3 and HCl removal. The Verona plant is permitted for a capacity of 165,000 tons per year (tpy) hydrated lime. Genevieve will be capable of producing 275,000 tpy.
