Assets include 38.9 million tons of low-sulfur and low-chlorine 13,400 bituminous coal; a fully operational wash plant; all mining infrastructure build-out, mining equipment, a rail load-out facility; and a multi-year off-take contract with Indiana Power & Light.
Lily Group officials said in a statement that they are seeking potential buyers for comprehensive offering materials; an auction, they added, will take place on January 27 in Indianapolis.
