Morne du Plessis has been appointed CEO of Minergy Ltd., effective August 1. He will replace Andre Boje. He has been a director on the board since January 2017 and became CFO in February 2017. They also appointed Financial Manager Julius Ayo, General Manager of Mining Siyani Makwakwago, and Safety, Health and Environment Manager Herbert Kebafetotse. Martin Bartle, managing director of Minergy Coal (Pty) Ltd., takes responsibility for the overall performance of the company embracing profitability, mining operations, processing and safety. Prior to joining Minergy, he was managing director of Wescoal Mining.
