Members of the Enlow Fork team include Todd DeWitt, Brandon Dorsey, Joshua Clark, Gaven Verbosky, Tony Sable, Greg Thorn and Andy Neff.

The Enlow Fork Gold team also earned third place overall honors in the Virginia Mining Institute Safety Days event held in Blacksburg, Va., earlier this month. A total of 30 teams from six states, including Virginia, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, Kentucky, Tennessee and Illinois competed in the Virginia competition,

Individual honors were also earned by CONSOL employees at both the Kentucky and the Virginia events.

In Kentucky, Keith Richardson, Buchanan, earned second place in the Bench-BG-4 competition; Kevin Bee, Blacksville, third, Bench-BG-4 competition; Jason Paugh, Blacksville, first place, first-aid competition; Curt Huffman, Enlow Fork, second place, pre-shift competition; and Mark Pauley, Gary Richardson and John Vance, all from Coal River, first, second and third place, respectively, in the Bench-Biopak competition.

In Virginia, Jason Paugh, Blacksville, earned first place in the first-aid competition; Tyler Richardson and Keith Richardson, both from Buchanan, earned first and second place, respectively, in the Bench BG4 competition; Anthony Sable, Enlow Fork, won third place in the Bench BG4 competition; Curt Hoffman, Enlow Fork, won third in the preshift competition; Gary Richardson, John Vance and Mark Pauley, all from Coal River, earned first, second and third place, respectively, in the Bench Biopak competition.
