Forbes Coal Becomes Buffalo Coal

Canadian producer Forbes and Manhattan Coal has changed its name to Buffalo Coal Corp. The name change, which was effective July 4, was approved by the company’s shareholders at its May 27 annual and special meeting. Forbes’ common shares commenced trading concurrently on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the new symbol BUF and on the JSE Ltd. under the new symbol BUC, effective July 21.
