Chinese Coal Inventory Remains High for 22 Months

Currently, the operational coal production capacity and the capacity under construction in China have amounted to nearly 3.8 billion mt of which 2.3 billion mt of capacity has been verified, and it has basically reached the state’s targeted capacity for 2015.
