The victims were among 105 miners at the Dzerzhinsky mine, said Prokopyevsk officials in the Kemerovo region, who were quoted by Russia’s Interfax News Service. The complex, owned by the NLMK Group, a Moscow-based steelmaker, is located in the Kuzbass region.
