The event will be held June 22 from 7:45 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The following day, NIOSH will hold a morning meeting to provide an update on their ongoing research of refuge alternatives. Both events are open to industry stakeholders.

The agency said the partnership, comprised of members from labor, manufacturing, academia, the government and other areas of industry, is vital to understanding proximity system issues as well as solving related issues.
