It produces lubrication systems for commercial vehicles, construction, mining and heavy and industries, with operations in Ohio and a joint venture on mainland China. The purchase includes Cheltenham-based MSP Distribu-tors Ltd., which was acquired by Interlube in 2007. Timken’s “global reach will provide enhanced investment in the Plymouth facility,” said Interlube Managing Director Mike Cusack.
