“We now have the necessary platform to provide Jennchem variable labor in every market we serve,” said Jennmar Executive Vice President and CSA Principal Tony Calandra. “This acquisition will help push our new mine seal approvals that are yielding 15%-20% savings in the material and installation to mine operators in the Midwest and Western coalfields.”
Price Mine Service will continue serving customers without interruption and will be led by veteran Steve West, who has more than 31 years of experience in the industry. “This move creates enormous growth potential for CSA and its new family of people from Price Mine Service,” Calandra said. “We look forward to giving Price’s existing customers continued outstanding service and adding to Price’s already glowing portfolio.”
Price Mine Service founder and former President Jerry Carlson will remain as a consultant and assist Troy Dolan with the transition over the next six months.
