Flexco recently added the Rockline Conveyor Idlers to its wide range of products designed to maximize belt conveyor productivity. The troughing idlers are made of lightweight, durable composite HDPE materials.
Available in 20°, 35°, and 45° troughing angles, the idlers feature CEMA C 5-in. (127 mm) diameter Rockline rollers. The rollers provide the same CEMA (Conveyor Equipment Manufacturers Association) ratings as steel rollers with no loss of functional performance, while providing a long service life and superior wear. They are available in widths up to 48 in.
