The Austin Powder Co. presented Technical Manager John Capers with the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Ohio Department of Natural Resources (ODNR), Division of Mineral Resources Management. During his 42-year career at Austin Powder, he has been responsible for training more than 1,100 new blasters globally.
