Tealinc Ltd., a railcar operating lessor, rail transportation manager, rail transportation consultant, and railcar broker, announced Steve Christian, manager of value creation-operations, will retire after more than eight years with Tealinc. Dan Madden will take his place. Madden spent the last 28 years working as a railcar repair carmen, Association of American Railroad billing supervisor and Corporate AAR billing and estimating manager.
