Peabody Energyhas extended the term of employment for Chairman and CEO Gregory H. Boyce through June 30, 2015, as the next phase in the company’s executive succession planning process. President and COO Glenn Kellow recently assumed executive responsibility for corporate strategy, global analytics and business development, in addition to overseeing all aspects of the company’s global operations including worldwide sales and trading activities. Boyce continues his term as executive chairman through June 30, 2016.

Pembroke Resources announced their CEO Barry Tudor, who was previously Gloucester Coal’s CEO. Other Gloucester Coal veterans joining Pembroke include COO Mark Sheldon and CFO Craig Boyd.

Atrum Coal NL appointed Andrew Phillipps to the board of Kuro Coal Ltd. Phillipps most recently held the position of executive director for UBS AG in Australia.

Sedgman Ltd. appointed Peter Watson as CEO and managing director. Nick Jukes, who retires from Sedgman at the end of June.

Sedgman Ltd. appointed Peter Watson as CEO and managing director. He is currently Sedgman’s regional director responsible for the Australia west, Africa and Americas regions. Watson will replace Nick Jukes, who retires from Sedgman at the end of June.

Bridgestone Commercial Solutions, part of Bridgestone Americas Tire Operations (BATO), promoted John Boynton, currently vice president, sales, BCS, to the position of president, BCS. Boynton joined Bridgestone in 1998 as a fleet sales representative and has held various positions with the company.

FMC Technologies appointed Maryann T. Seaman as executive vice president. Seaman, who is the company’s CFO, has been with FMC Technologies for 28 years.

Titan Group announced that after 20 years at the helm of Titan America, Aris Papadopoulos will be retiring from the position of CEO, effective August 1. He will become executive chairman of ST Equipment & Technologies (STET), reporting to the group CEO, and also serve as an advisor. Bill Zarkalis, group CFO since 2010, will succeed him.
He joined the group in 2008 as director of business development. Michael Colakides will become group CFO, effective May 16. He recently returned to the group as senior strategy advisor.

Superior Industries appointed Kevin Krieger as territory sales manager throughout the Mountain and Northwest regions of the United States. In his new role, Krieger will work closely with Superior’s dealers in the region to bring innovative conveying equipment to bulk material producers in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Colorado and New Mexico. Most recently, he was a territory manager for Fenner Dunlop for the last 12 years.

Kelley Drye & Warren LLP announced that Mark Robeck has joined the firm’s energy practice as a partner in the Washington, D.C., office. With nearly 25 years of experience in the energy sector, Robeck joins Kelley Drye from Baker Botts, where he served as co-chair of that firm’s energy litigation practice group.

US Huesker announced the addition of Scott Doane to its staff. Doane will be based in Waynesburg, Pennsylvania, and will be primarily responsible for assisting the mines in the Upper Appalachian, Ohio River, and the Illinois Basin.
