The honor, given annually to the state’s coal company that best exemplifies the definition of an excellent community business partner, was presented to the miner at the OCA’s recent annual meeting.
It is the fourth such award for Oxford, which said it took home the honor for “exemplifying high standards in both mining and reclamation as well as a high degree of corporate and employee involvement” in its region.
