The group will hold its 2015 event from August 25-26 in Marion, Illinois, at the Pavilion of the City of Marion.
Topical areas include health and safety, education and training, mining technology and engineering and environmental issues.
Those interested in presenting must submit a proposal with the title, presenter’s name and information and a 200-word abstract. Presentations at the meeting will be limited to 20 minutes plus a five-minute question and answer period.
IMI must receive all presentation proposals by May 8. Paper acceptance notifications will be sent May 29.
