TerraSource Global announced the acquisition of Elgin Separation Solutions effective January 12, 2023. Elgin designs, manufactures and services material processing parts and equipment for coal preparation plants and other mineral processing applications. Elgin’s core products include vibratory centrifuges, decanter centrifuges, and vibrating screens.
“Elgin is a leading manufacturer of innovative turn-key solutions in a variety of applications, from material handling to natural resource recycling to dewatering and liquid/solid separation,” said Kevin Hambrice, CEO at TerraSource Global. “These products complement TerraSource Global’s industrial processing equipment, which serves many of our key markets in mining and metals and expands our portfolio in the food, water and oil and gas industries.”
TerraSource Global markets equipment under three brands: Gundlach Crushers, Jeffrey Rader and Pennsylvania Crusher.
