Integrated Power Services (IPS), service, repair and engineering provider for electric motors, generators and rotating equipment, acquired Delta Electric Motors and Eastside Electric Motors. Delta Electric and Eastside Electric, both based in Washington, are full-service electrical apparatus companies. Together, they have 48 people and serve mines in the Pacific Northwest, as well as Alaska, British Columbia, Canada, and Alberta, Canada.
These acquisitions join IPS Portland and IPS Denver to offer the largest geographic coverage in the western U.S., according to the company.
Luigi DiPietro founded Delta Electric in 1976 and the DiPietros acquired Eastside Electric in 2002. Sons, Michael and Joseph DiPietro, lead Delta Electric and Eastside Electric, and will continue in these roles with IPS.
