Fairchild International is now producing the Model 35C-WHPDT Workhorse Permissible Diesel Tractor. This rubber tired, diesel-powered vehicle is the latest addition to the Fairchild series underground scoops. It features a fifth-wheel hitch that can be located as specified by the customer and is part of a system for transporting materials, supplies and equipment through the toughest conditions faster and more efficiently than other equipment.

GKN Wheels began manufacturing large mining wheels last year, initially for the mining machinery aftermarket and the intention is to increase output over the next few years.
